узгодження be з іменником

Правило, за яким форма дієслова be в конструкції there is / there are залежить від числа першого іменника після нього: однина → there is (There is a café and two shops), множина → there are (There are two shops and a café). Так само в минулому (there was / there were) та Present Perfect (there has been / there have been).
